Gorge View

Another view my friend will appreciate... This was taken on the rim trail that overlooks the spectacular Tallulah Gorge in northeast Georgia. To get an idea of this impressive two-mile canyon with its series of waterfalls, watch this video here. After having driven over and past this gorge for so many years on my way to the mountains of North Carolina, I finally had the opportunity in July to hike the trail with friends and see the breathtaking views. If you go, make sure your legs are in good shape if you plan to take the many steps of the stairs that take you down to the bottom of the gorge!
