Sunset on ATL

Sunset on ATL

A perfect fall sunset—I don't think there was a cloud in the sky. I nabbed this shot from the "quiet" side of Stone Mountain (as my friend calls it). This is a zoomed-in shot taken with the versatile Nikon 18–200mm VR lens. I left my tripod in the car, so I had to make do with propping my lens on my camera bag sitting atop one of the large slabs of stone in a jumble on the mountainside.

  • How many times have I driven home facing this type of scene? Thanks for the reminder
