Striking a Pose

I went to the Atlanta Dogwood Festival with a friend yesterday and grabbed this shot as we were walking along. The weather was beautiful but the temps were a bit brisk due to the breezes left over from the storm front that passed through the evening before. This was the 75th year of this popular Atlanta arts festival. On a technical side note, this photo was shot with my Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 lens which I have to say is a really sharp lens. It focuses slightly slower than my Nikon lenses, but with this lens I get a constant aperture 2.8 lens for much less than the comparable focal length Nikon lens. I just need to make myself use it more!
