Homage

An homage to Scottish painter Alison Watt whose intriguing, large-scale paintings exploring her fascination with fabric have been on exhibit at London's National Gallery. Watt, a National Gallery Associate Artist, is one of the youngest artists to have a solo exhibit there.

Photo taken on the patio of The Orangery restaurant at Kensington Palace while waiting to be seated for afternoon tea.

  • This is very nice and you are right: it reminds me of the paintings we saw at the National Gallery. It also "tempts" me to go back for high tea.
